About the Program

The Honors College offers many opportunities and challenges for outstanding undergraduate students. Special honors sections of general education courses, interdisciplinary honors courses, topical honors seminars, and special honors projects enable students to enhance their learning experience. ll honors courses are taught by members of faculty who are known for their commitment to undergraduate teaching as well as expertise in their academic fields. Special honors advising is provided through the Honors College, and there is an honors study lounge and computer laboratory adjacent to the honors advising office. Stout Honors Hall is a residence hall option for active Honors College students on a space available basis. Active Honors College students earn early enrollment and extended library checkout privileges.
