General Health Comments:
For Canadian students only: Canadian medical practitioners can sign off on the MMR, Varicella and TDAP vaccines. However, the TB clearance must either be 1) done in the US, or 2) a TB blood test must be completed and signed off by a Canadian practitioner. TB clearance must be within the last 12 months to be cleared for registration and to move-in to campus housing.
