Some colleges on campus charge "differential tuition," which is a surcharge attached to certain classes. More information on differential tuition can be found on the Registrar's Office webpage (https://www.usu.edu/registrar/registration/payment/) in the appropriate "Tuition and Fee Schedule" link for the term you are attending. USU will pay an allowance of up to 6 credits of any undergraduate differential tuition for regular exchanges. If a student takes more than 6 credits worth of undergraduate differential tuition, the excess may be the responsibility of the student. Students taking courses in areas such as lab sciences, engineering, business, arts, language, etc. may also be responsible for paying additional special course fees, noted in the online semester class list in Banner, that are not covered in any exchange benefits.
