UMR offers distinctive health sciences and biosciences education to prepare students for a broad spectrum of current and emerging careers, ranging from patient care to pure and applied research. The campus community serves approximately 1000 undergraduate and graduate students in the heart of downtown Rochester. Our project-based, interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences provides exceptional preparation for students pursuing careers in a broad range of health science disciplines. Incoming NSE students can only take courses in the Bachelor of Science in Health Science (BSHS) major. It is recommended to contact the NSE Coordinator at UMR to verify courses are offered in the desired term, and that pre-requisites are met before applying.
