About This Campus
Brandon University, founded in 1899, is a small liberal arts institution in Brandon, Manitoba. With approximately 3350 students, we are a small primarily undergraduate institution with faculties in Arts, Science, Education, Health Studies and Music. We are a diverse student population with a strong percentage of our student population composed of indigenous and international learners. We pride ourselves on our small classroom sizes, 80% of our classes have a 20:1 ratio, providing students with a personalized education and access to their professors throughout the day.
Brandon University is home to the national men's volleyball champions and offers competitive sports in basketball, volleyball and soccer. While Fall is comfortable, winters can be cold, however most of our buildings are linked and provide access to classrooms without having to walk outside. We offer male, female and co-ed residences with single and double rooms.
James Ehnes has won both Grammies and Junos during his music career.
