2026 Annual Conference

National Student Exchange (NSE) representatives from campuses throughout the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will gather for the NSE Annual Conference October 12 – 16, 2026 in the Bay Area, Northern California.

Our annual conference is the primary networking and professional development event for National Student Exchange. As NSE works to minimize environmental impacts, a paperless program with session and conference information can be found on the Whova conference app.

Conference Details

Attendance and Attire

Attendance at the annual conference is a requirement of NSE membership. Please contact NSE-HQ with questions or concerns regarding conference attendance.

All campuses are required to pay the registration fee regardless of attendance.

Campuses unable to attend should complete the NSE Conference Non-Attendance Request Form.

A conference justification letter is available upon request.

Conference Attire
Casual office attire is appropriate for most events. Celebrate your campus with spiritwear at the Tuesday reception and throughout the conference to help others know your campus. Comfortable walking shoes and clothing are suggested for tours and outings.
