General Health Comments:
Required Immunizations:
MMR, Hepatitis B, Meningococcal (after age 16), Tdap (within 10 years of coming to campus), Varicella (or proof of having chicken pox), TB screen questionnaire - test is only required if any questions are answered with a "yes" response.
Students must be in compliance with immunizations before being able to move into on-campus housing.
