Notable Academic Programs- BS in Cybersecurity - The multidisciplinary Bachelor of Science program in Cybersecurity is designed to produce graduates who can identify, assess, and manage cyber threats.
- BS Mathematics: Data Science track - This track is designed for students interested in pursuing careers in data science and analysis.
- Philosophy - This program is uniquely pluralistic, including expertise in non-Western philosophies.
- Engineering Physics - This program has a focus on robotics and automation.
- Computer Information Systems & Analytics - Computer Information Systems & Analytics (CISA) uses both business and technical expertise to exploit data and systems for organizational competitive advantage. Many CISA students are involved in project management helping to develop system innovations or new systems.
Unique Academic Programs
- UCA has the only Film degree in Arkansas. - The Film Program at UCA is one of approximately 50 programs in the country that offers both a B.A and M.F.A degree in film, and of only a handful in the south. Additionally, it is one of the only film programs in the nation to be housed at a mid-size state university, which makes it one of the most affordable film programs (if not the most affordable) in the country.
- UCA has the only Chinese major program in Arkansas. - UCA's Chinese Program is the only one in Arkansas that offers a Major in Chinese. Students can work on one of the following three concentrations: traditional, business, K-12 teacher education.
- UCA College of Business - As technology and methods advance, the UCA College of Business maintains an innovative curriculum that is well suited for businesses today. A trusted partner in the business community, the College of Business has one of the most active internship programs in the state, which allows students the opportunity to gain work experience and network in their career field.
