The program is being designed in collaboration with Maori indigenous leaders in New Zealand. Program participants will spend 10 days in New Zealand visiting three different Maori communities. Interaction with the Maori communities will center around housing, biodiversity and business, sacred site and environmental protection, women in leadership, language revitalization, and the resurgence of traditional governance. Program participants will receive a proper ceremonial welcome and there will be time to enjoy the beauty of New Zealand.
